Passive House Certification
Fantastic news to have received official Passive House Plus certification on The Dairy. This energy efficient and sustainable design has achieved an airtightness of 0.51 Air Changes per Hour (ACH) at 50 Pascals whilst providing 7500 kWh per annum of renewable energy.
