The Dairy at Hay Farm, a modern contemporary Passive House Design by Paul & Page. Still under construction the site was home to CIAT East Anglia at the weekend. We had a good discussion on Airtightness, Passive Purple Membrane, the masonry design, window orientation and an overview on effectiveness Passive House Principles. An interesting morning and one thoroughly enjoyed by the members.
